1920's Vintage Black Satin Shoes

Black on black designed vintage satin shoes. The shoes have a moderately pointed toe and a 2" heel. The shoes are mat black with a sheened black border which runs around the foot and dips to the sole on each side. This boarder is scalloped and very delicately done. The perfect shoe for those "special" occassions. There is no manufacturer information, but the side is marked "5A" "4509". I believe the shoes are approximately a size 5 - 5 1/2 narrow. The photo looks like the toes are faded, but they are not - the color is uniform. Very good condition and very wearable.

Vintage 1920's Suede/Leather Shoes

These early 1900's vintage shoes are a combination of light brown suede and brown leather. The shoes have an art deco style design where the leather crosses the suede. The shoes are new/old stock and came from a wearhouse in Virginia. The shoes have a tie closure with the original laces intact. The shoes are marked, "Girl Graduate Register Combination Last" The heel is marked, "Cushion Heel" and a triangle with "Economy - Service - Efficiency" enclosed within the triangle. The shoes are in very good condition and come with their original box. The box is also in good condition, but does have some staining. The shoes are approximately a modern size 5.
