Black Gown - Large Green/Blue
"Gems"
This gown really makes a statement! It is black with a halter style
bodice. The bodice has a high collar which attaches to the front
bodice. The shoulders are cut away, as is the back. The bodice is
decorated with green and blue sequins arranged in a circles. Each
circle gives the appearance of jewels. The neckline, armholes, back
cutout and circular designs are all outlined with a goldtone trim.
The dress is fitted through the bodice and skirt and has a high slit
in the center back of the skirt as well as a center back zipper. The
gown has a label which reads, "Alyce Designs" and another which
advises to "Spot Clean Only." The dress is a size 6 and measures:
bustline=35"; waistline=26"; hips=36" and length=55 1/2". The dress
is in very good condition and a joy to wear!

Black Grecian
Style Gown
Walk like a goddess in this fabulous Grecian inspired gown. The
gown is done entirely in black. The asymetrical cut of the bodice is
both figure flattering and dramatic. The neckline is cut on the
diagonal with a material strap over one shoulder and a wonderful
beaded applique strap covering the other shoulder. The bottom
portion of the beaded applique is fringed with silver tassels - very
elegant! The bodice is gathered and draped to add a little fullness;
however the remained of the gown is cut straight. An added drape of
material attaches to the shoulder appliques with vertical pleats.
This drape continues around to the back side of the gown. The
hemline of the drape is rounded in both the front and back. This
simple drape addes dimension and elegance to the gown. The gown has
a side back zipper closure (the zipper is off-center to accommodate
the material drape). There is no label or size information, but
approximate measurements are: bustline=36"; waistline=28"; length
(shoulders to hemline)=54". The gown is in very good condition.

Black/Gold/Silver Holiday
Dress
This dress just "looks" like New Year's Eve! It is totally covered
in what appears to be gold sparkler fireworks. The dress has the
look of the 1920's with it's dropped waistline and layered chiffon
skirt, but it is actually of a newer vintage and perfect for the
woman who does not want to worry about the delicacy of an original
from that era. The dress has a deep "V" neckline and is basically
sleeveless; however there is a very small cap to the armholes. The
shoulders are padded and the bodice is slight fitted. A long black
chiffon scarf comes with the dress and adds to the it's vintage look.
The skirt is done in four layers - each longer than the one above it.
A black chiffon bow accents the front waistline. The dress has a
center back zipper. There are no labels, but the dress measures:
bustline=34"; waistline=26"; length (shoulder to hemline)=39".

Colorful Taffeta/Velvet
Dress
This dress looks like a beautifully wrapped Holiday package! The
top is a shirred taffeta done in all the colors of the season - red,
green, purple and gold! The black velvet skirt is fairly full and
features a large drape at the waistline (on the left). This drape is
made from the same taffeta as the bodice. The bodice has a rounded
neckline and short capped sleeves. The shoulders are padded and the
back of the dress has a small metal zipper at the neckline and
another zipper on the side. The velvet skirt is a-lined and has a
nice flare. The inside label of the dress reads, "Bea Young Junior".
There is no size label, but the dress measures: bustline=34";
waistline=24"; hips=38"; length (shoulder to hemline)=47". The dress
is in very good condition, but a few stitches are needed in the side
zipper, as they have pulled out - very minor repair.

Red Satin Evening
Gown
This gorgeous red satin evening gown is a newer vintage, but has a
distinctive 1930's appeal. The styling is simple and elegant. The
gown is sleeveless with low rounded neckline and empire style
waistline. The gown is very form fitting and features an interested
back! The back is has a lace up closure - adding just the right
touch! In addition to the back lacing, the gown has a side zipper
closure. There are no labels in the gown, but it measures:
bustline=36; waistline=28"; hips=37"; length (shoulder to hemline)=55
1/2". The gown is in very good condition.

Purple/Black Velvet
Gown
This gown is so lovely. It reminds me of a Southern Belle. The
color is a deep iridescent purple with a large velvet shawl collar
that wraps around your shoulders and is accented with a velvet
rosette at the center front. The neckline of the gown is low and off
the shoulders. The gown is sleeveless, with just the collar acting
as a little cap sleeve. The gown is fitted through the bodice and
the waistline drops to a "V" in the center front. The gown has a
center back zipper and a large bow/rosette at the center back. The
skirt is full and gathers nicely into the waistline. There is a size
label in the gown which reads, "9/10". The gown measures:
bustline=34"; waistline=28"; length (shoulder to hemline)=54 1/2".
This gown would look great worn over a crinoline! The gown is in
very good condition, but might need a stitch or two at the shoulders
(to hold the elastic strap in place).

Oleg Cassini
Black Sequin Dress
Simple in design, yet so figure flattering! This wonderful black
sequin dress is sure to turn heads. It has a rounded neckline in the
front and a deep, plunging neckline in the back. The dress has
padded shoulders and long, fitted sleeves. It fits nicely through
the hips and is mid-calf length. There is a slit at the center back
hemline for ease in walking.
The dress has no zipper, buttons or other closure. It slips over
the head. There is plenty of room due to the large neckline. The
dress is fully lined. It is lightweight and covered with large round
black sequins (a few may be missing, but I would say 99% are
intacted). The inside label reads, "Oleg Cassini, Made by He-Ro
Industries, Inc." There is no size information, but the dress is
shown displayed on a dress form which measures: bustline=37";
waistline=29"; hips=38". The dress is in very good condition, but
the hem needs a bit of retacking.

Strapless
Lillie Rubin Dress
This larger size Lillie Rubin evening dress is ready to step out for
the holidays! This sexy little strapless number is black and gold.
Unfortunately, my photos don't reflect the true gold color in the
gown. It is almost a metallic gold and very striking! The print of
the fabric looks similar to an animal print. The bodice is fitted
and boned. Black satin edges the neckline. The skirt is also fitted
and is a mock wrap with a very large bow to one side accenting the
waistline. The hemline of the wrap is rounded and the entire dress is
lined. The bow is also edged with black satin. The dress has a
center back zipper and the "Lillie Rubin" label. There is no size
label, but the dress measures: bustline=38"; waistline=29";
hips=38". The dress is in very good condition, but the very bottom
of the zipper needs a few stitches as they have come undone.
