Vintage 1910's Spring Straw
Hat
Just in time for Easter! This pretty vintage straw hat is soft and in
excellent condition. It has a 2 1/2" wide turned up brim and a 3"
wide fabric accent band which encompasses the entire hat. The hat is
lined in a cream lining (lining does have some damage). The lining
reads, "Monterey, New York, Paris". The hat diameter measures
approximaely 21"-22".

Vintage Mildred Straw
Hat/Hatbox
This vintage hat is so unique! It is cream colored and a combination
of
narrow and wide straw. The brim is very unusual. It is thick
(approximately 2" thick). The top portion of the brim is lighter in
color than the crown and underside of the brim. The top portion is
wide straw braid. The crown is fine straw weave as is the underside
of the brim. The front of the brim measures approximately 4" wide.
The brim tapers in the back where it measures approximately 2" wide.
The inside is a cream colored net. Two brown side combs hold the hat
in place. There are two labels in the hat. The first reads, "Miss
Alice" and the second reads, "Mildred of Mae Laskey". The hat is in
very good condition and comes with it's original hat box, which is
also marked, "Mildred of Mae Laskey, Millinery and Boutique, 1577
Beacon Street, Brookline".

Cream Vintage Hat/Beaded
Accent
This vintage hat has such a sophisticated look to it! The entire
hat is
cream in color and wraps around the head. The front of the hat has a
turned up brim. This brim is accented with a a white and silver
beaded applique on each side. The hat does not have any labels or
markings, but it is definitely a great hat and very flattering!

Circa 1880-1890 Mourning Hat
W/Veil
This mourning hat and veil dates to the late 1800's. The vintage
hat is
wired and done in a layered effect of a black straw like material.
The hat has two grosgrain ribbon ties attached to the lower back
(these may have been replaced and one needs retacking). The ties
measure 2" wide and approximately 26" long. A large black crepe veil
is attached to the front of the hat (needs retacking in a few areas).
The veil measures 52" wide and 18" long. The veil is edged with a
black silk band measuring approximately 2" wide. The veil has a few
small holes, but otherwise it is in very good condition. The hat
measures approximately 11" diameter and 5" high.

Mr. John Faux Fur
Vintage Hat
This faux fur vintage hat is the perfect winter accessory. The hat
is a
taupe or light brown color - very neutral. It has a 2 1/2" wide
turned up brim all around the hat. There is a small grosgrain ribbon
which encircles the crown of the hat. The hat is not lined, but is
stamped, "Duchess, Made in Italy". There is also the Mr John label,
which reads, "Mr. John, "Empress", New York, Paris," The hat is in
very good condition and very wearable.

1930's Vintage Brown Felt/Rust
Velvet
Hat
Brown felt hat accented with a rust velvet and a large feather puff!
This vintage hat has a turned up brim done in rust velvet. This brim
encircles
the hat and tapers off at the center back where it meets a small felt
bow. The hat has a large feather puff on one side. The puff is also
accented with a rust velvet bow. A thin elastic chin strap holds the
hat in place. The inside label reads, "Lamson & Hubbard, New York,
Boston". There is also a tag which reads, "New York Creation, 22".
The hat is in very good condition.

Vintage Feather (Pheasant?)
Hat
What a great hat! This vintage hat is completely covered with
feathers.
They look like pheasant feathers, but I'm not sure. The hat is
styled similar to a cloche. The brim curves downward toward the
face. A light coffee brown velvet ribbon encircles the crown of the
hat. It overlaps on one side. The hat is lined with a heavy floral
net. It does not have a designer label, but does have a Union label.
It is in very good condition, but is missing a few feathers. Not
noticeable as the entire hat is covered in feathers.

Vintage Man's Motoring
Hat
What a neat hat! This vintage hat is olive green wool and would
look perfect
on a gentleman driving an older model car or a sport car. The hat
has a brim which is solidly attached to the hat, giving it a folded
over look. The inside of the hat has a leather sweat band. It is
stamped on the inside, "Carimac by Carrick, Established 190?, 100%
Wool, Showerproof". It is also marked size 6 7/8. The hat has a
small metal rivit on each side. It is in very good condition and
ready to wear!
