Vintage Seashell Hat Pin
The ingenuity and creativity of Victorian days shines through in
this unique vintage hat pin. The hat pin measures 8" long and
sports a sea-
shell top that has been carefully entwined with what looks like flat
copper or brass wire and then artfully twisted and incorporated onto
the hat-pin itself. This was probably for a pretty summer outfit,
very different.

Vintage Hatpin/Rhinestone
Accents
This goldtone vintage hatpin has some nice detail work on it. The
center
stone is a clear glass ball with silvertone "glitter" inside it. The
center stone is surrounded with tiny, clear rhinestones. All
rhinestones are prong set. The large stone sets in a goldtone base
which is made up of tiny strings of goldtone balls. Very nice! The
hatpin measures 6" long and the top measures approximately 3/4" in
diameter.

Vintage Rose
Hatpin
This unusual vintage hatpin measures approximatey 6 1/2" long. The
top
features a rose which appears to be made of thin sheets of celluloid.
Each petal is distinct and beautifully done. The rose measures
approximately 2" high and 1 1/2" in diameter. The rose sits on a
black base which appears to be bakelite. Very good condition.

Vintage Silver
Hatpin
This 9 1/2" long vintage hatpin is simple, yet elegant. The top
looks like
a four sided tulip and is done in silver. It is not marked in any
way, so I don't know if it is sterling, silverplate, or just
silvertone over metal. The top measures about 1 1/4" high and 1/2"
wide. Shines up very nicely, but there are a few spots which do not
shine out at the base of the hatpin.

Vintage Faux Tortoise Shell
Haircomb
This vintage haircomb is larger, measuring 4 ½" wide and 2 ½" high.
The
haircomb is made of variegated brown and tan plastic that simulates
tortoise shell. There are two rows of small 3mm clear rhinestones on
the decorative cross piece to which the five-prong comb is attached.
A few of the stones have darkened, but there are no scratches or
chips in the comb. The condition is very good and the comb is
wearable.

Blue Rhinestone Vintage Hair
Comb
This Spanish style vintage hair comb measures 7" high and 3 ¼" wide.
The
comb is black plastic accented with royal blue rhinestones. The
decorative part of the comb is 3 ½" tall and is tightly packed with
an inlay of royal blue rhinestones framed by an outer border of royal
blue rhinestones. The comb is missing one rhinestone, but it is
hardly noticeable due to the number of rhinestones intacted. The
rhinestones have lots of sparkle and the comb shows very little wear.
The condition is very good.
