Circa 1970's Etienne Aigner Jacket

This vintage Etienne Aigner jacket is a great find! The jacked is a deep rich mahogany color and done in leather. The jacket is hip length and inside size reads "10". THe jacket is in wonderfuly condition and is ready to wear. The jacket has a 2 button front closure; two side pockets and a breast pocket. It is lined in maroon lining with the Etienne Aigner name decorating the lining. The leather "Etienne Aiger" neck label is still intact; however the name has been almost rubbed off.

Beaded Vintage Capelet

Beautiful black vintage capelet adorned with lovely 3" black lace at neckline. A wonderful black beaded design encircles the capelet! Capelet is lined with hook/eye closure at neckline. Four decorative material bows surround the neckline (one bow needs retacking). Capelet measures approximately 20" long.

Black Velvet Vintage Cape

The velvet on this vintage cape feels so soft you'll never want to take it off ! The cape is simply done with a fold down collar and one button closure (button also velvet). The cape is lined in a cream colored quilt design. The cape is a longer length, measuring approximately 34" long. There are shoulder pads between the velvet and the lining. The cape is in good condtion - no stains or tears, but does need cleaning and pressing. Would fit up to a size 12 to 14.

Circa 1940's Black Velvet Opera Coat

Beautiful, soft velvet opera coat! This vintage coat is floor length and very simple in design, but the elegance is obvious. The coat is black velvet with a straight cut. The coat features a large collar decorated with stitching. The coat buttons at the neckline and again at the waistline. The sleeves are full to a nice wide cuff. The coat is fully lined. One seam in the neckline lining needs to be restitched, otherwise the coat is in very good condition. The coat measures approximately 32" in the bustline and 30" in the waistline. The coat is shown here with VEC033, Large Brimmed Black Velvet Hat. What a combination! Pictures just don't do this duo justice!

Vintage Black Shawl/Cape

This is an interesting vintage cape. It has the look of a 1920's shawl, yet it is a fully lined cape. The cape may be homemade from shawls, I'm just not sure, but regardless it would look great with a vintage outfit. The cape has a high collar which is encircled with a thick braided cord which ties at the neck. The cape has a center front opening with only the neck tie for a closure. Two distinct tiers or layers create the shawl - each one ending with openwork and 10" long fringe. The inside of the cape is lined with a grey crepe material. The lining is tacked on each side, creating "armholes". The cape measures approximately 50" long and is displayed on a dress form with a 34" bustline. I would not recommend any larger bust as the cape is a bit narrow through the shoulders. The cape is in very good condition, but does need cleaning as it is musty. The actual color is even, but I have lightened my photos to show details, so my photos may look faded - the actual cape is not.
