Vintage GUNNE SAX Cotton Lawn
Sundress

This vintage Gunne Sax sundress is sweet as can be! The sundress is
done in
a cream color cotton and is decorated with ribbons, lace and
embroidery. The dress has narrow shoulder straps and the bodice is
cut straight across. A very narrow lace decorates the top edge of
the bodice. A wide vertical strip of embroidered flowers runs
through the front center of the bodice. This embroidered strip is
edged on each side by satin ribbon and a narrow scalloped lace. The
bodice if further decorated with two vertical strips of white lace
with a pale pink ribbon running through it. The waistline is fitted
and nicely accented with two rows of satin ribbon. The skirt is
gathered at the waistline and fairly full. It has a wide ruffle
along the lower edge which is accented with white lace and ribbon. A
material tie belt is attached to the side seams and ties in the back.
The dress has a center back zipper and is fully lined. The gown is
new/old stock and still has the original Gunne Sax tag. The gown
measures
approximately: bustline=30"; waistline=24"; length (shoulder to
hemline)=57".

Vintage Blouse
This beautiful winter white, sleeveless vintage blouse is 100% wool
and
beautifully decorated! The blouse is completely covered with
iridenscent sequins, very tiny clear beads done in a twisted rope
design, and larger faux pearls. The blouse has dangles interspersed
through it which are approximately 1 1/2" long and consist of clear
beads with a faux pearl dangling from the bottom. The entire bottom
edge of the blouse is also fringed with this same type dangle. The
blouse is completely lined and has a full back metal zipper. The
blouse is in excellent condition and measures as follows:
bustline=42"; waistline=40". Inside neck label reads, "100% Wool,
Made in Hong Kong."

Dress
If you're looking for something a bit different, take a look at this
dress! Add a pair of white go-go boots and you're ready to go!
This vintage
dress has a high folded neckline and long, fitted sleeves. The dress
is cut straight with a center back zipper closure. The unique thing
about this dress is the material it is made from. Unfortunately, my
pictures can't capture the true texture of this dress, but I'll try
to explain it. The dress is lined in grey. The actual dress is a
grey net which is heavily decorated with grey material which has been
cut into thin strips and sewn on strips of bright silver material -
similar to ribbon. This "ribbon" has been gathered and scrolled into
an abstract floral design. The entire dress is decorated with this
ribbon design, giving the dress great dimension and lots of form.
The dress has a size label which reads, "Size 12", and is diplayed on
a dress form which measures: bustline=37"; waistline=29"; hips=39".
The dress has a shoulder to shoulder measurement of 14 1/2" and
length (shoulder to hemline) of 39". The dress is in very good
condition and very wearable. The dress has not been cleaned.

Ladies' Golf
Sweater
The perfect sweater for the golf enthusiast! The sweater is a
mediam blue in color and nicely decorated with embroidered golf
scenes. The sweater has a large collar and six large goldtone
buttons. There are two front pockets to hold your tees or whatever.
The sleeves are long and straight. The sweater has been nicely
embellished with 10 embroidered pictures. The embroidery is done in
a bright array of colors. See close-ups in photos. The neck label
reads, "Andreno Argerti, 100% Acrylic, Made in Taiwan, Republic of
China". Size Large. Very nice condition - no stains or tears.

This black velvet vintage jacket dresses up or down - depending on your mood! The jacket is done in the typical blazer style. A wide lapel collar folds to the center front two (2) button closure. The jacket has long, fitted sleeve with just a bit of gathering at the shoulder. Each sleeve is accented with three (3) small buttons. The front of the jacket sports two (2) patch pockets. The jacket is fully lined with a vent at the center back. There are no labels in the jacket or size information, but it measures approximately: bustline=38; shoulder to shoulder width=15 1/2"; waistline=32" and length (center back to hemline)=25 1/2". The jacket is in very good condition.

Adele Simpson Gold/Turquoise
Dress
This vintage dress has such a great look! It is a combination of
glitz and
sophistication. The dress has a high collar which opens to a "V"
neckline. The dress is fitted and the material has a bit of stretch
to it. The sleeves are long and fitted and the shoulders are padded.
The material is a combination of goldtones and turquoise done in a
vertical strip pattern. The dress has an invisible zipper at the
center back. The waistline is encircled with a wonderful belt. The
belt is created with oval turquoise (faux?) links attached toa
material tie. The belt may be tied either in the front or back of
the dress. The skirt has just a touch of a flair. The attached
label reads, "Adele Simpson." The dress is in very good condition
and very wearable. It does have a few minor pull, but nothing to
detract from the dress. The dress is displayed on a dress form
measuring approximately: bustline=38"; waistline=28" and hips=40".

Vintage Dress
This vintage dress is very well made and the fabric is beautiful. I
would
date the dress to the 1960's/1970's. The background is a dark navy
blue (photos are lighter than actual dress) with an all-over pattern
of pink flowers set in scrolling royal blue frames. The design is
woven into the material, it is not printed. The dress has a low,
rounded neckline with a wide velvet edging. Six silvertone buttons
close in the front. The dress has a higher cut waistline and is
fitted in the bodice. The skirt is nicely pleated from the
waistline. The sleeves are long and straight and have a silvertone
metal zipper closure which adds a nice touch. The bodice of the
dress is fully lined and the dress is quality made. The inside label
reads "Original Johanna Rappel." There is no size information, but
measures: bustline=37"; waistline=29"; shoulder to shoulder=15";
length (shoulder to waistline)=16"; overall length (shoulder to
hemline)=39". The dress is in very good condition and ready to wear!

Cream/Sequin
Gown
This cream colored vintage knit gown is simple in design and very
figure
flattering. The gown is sleeveless and has an attached overblouse.
The overblouse comes to a "V" in the front and back. It creates a
shawl effect over the sleeves, giving a little coverage to the upper
arm. The neckline is decorated with a 2 1/2" wide band of iridescent
cream colored sequins. This band has stretched and come apart in
places and some of the sequins are missing. It would be a very easy
job to replace the band with another, giving the gown a new lease on
life! The gown is an empire cut under the overblouse. It has a
wonderful swirl to the skirt. The center back has a zipper closure.
An inside size label reads, "Size 22 1/2". Except for the sequin
band, the gown is in good condition, but does need cleaning as there
are a few small stains.
